Black SUV plate # HXZ 2162 is parked illegally on a handicapped spot on top of the crosswalk impeding the handicap people to cross on Irving street corner with Revere street .

City trash barrel is full.

I love Charlestown, however parking illegally is getting out of control and the individuals who need parking with the right permit are not getting it where no permit/out of state plates are parking in resident parking spots and very disturbing handicap spots being taken without a handicap tag. Anyone have any morals anymore. Has it got this bad. Follow the rules. I own a single family house and I know a rule is a rule and following now. I have a garage but legally should be able to park and block it if necessary with street parking permit. Should be a system where individuals with garage or individual driveways have a sticker proving they live at the address and have a right to park and block garage/driveway. In the winter when it snows, I am mandated by the city to clear the sidewalk where garage and driveway is located, so in my opinion it’s my property. We all pay taxes. I would love not to take another spot for someone who needs to park when parking is at high volume and street cleaning, etc. Have a nice weekend.
