There is a dog barking and moaning nonstop at 19 Fossdale rd Dorchester for over 2 hours. Can someone please check it out?

Dead rat in the middle of Cortes Street, closer to the corner with Berkeley Street.

This is the third time contacting the city about the constant trash in our community. This keeps on happening every single day. People keep littering and flooding the end of our street with trash. The landscape around this area is becoming a problem as well. The city please needs to clean up the landscape and enforce the trash issue in this area with a big sign! NO LITTERING subject to fine. If this is not enforced then this issue will continue to happen. This is our home and it’s pretty sad walking out to filth every single day. I have tried my best but as a community need to be better. I posted the photos I had. This is far much worse , the entire area on both side needs to be cleaned completely. Not even just the street but off to the side of the landscape too. That’s where people are chucking the trash into. Trash attracts rats and rats enter our homes and cars. I hope we can work something out please.
