Empty Litter Basket
The public trash bin located between 166 and 168 Harvard Ave in Allston is constantly overflowing. As shown in the attached photo, garbage regularly piles up around and on top of the bin, spilling onto the sidewalk. The current bin is too small to meet the needs of this busy area. I respectfully request that the City of Boston install a larger-capacity trash bin or increase the frequency of collection to help keep the area clean and sanitary.
