    Today is the scheduled trash pick up day since the blizzard, everyone's trash was picked up on my street but my apartment was ignored. These trash bins cannot be placed on the sidewalks due to the snow. The sidewalk will be blocked if all bins were to move there. So its in the driveway next to the public sidewalk as seen in the picture.
