298-302 Hanover St, Boston, MA 02113This same black guy loiters outside of Mike’s Pastry, all day everyday claiming to be raising money for veterans. I think this is a scam. He is there at least 8 hours a day/7 days a week. That is not legitimate. He found a bunch of dumb suckers (tourists) and is cashing in big time. Can someone investigate this and check his credentials?
