Wiring broken during recent storm left behind; exposed wires left in front of residential door at building 78 Euston Rd. Eversource guy looked, shrugged & told me it was his problem, threw it back down, and left saying that "if I used 311, they would just send me", leaving me bamboozled. Would be safe to have properly tied up or removed after speaking with building owner.
