Back of Building Exterior Blinding Lights, type of lights at Fenway Park (no exaggeration)Spotlights beaming across alleyway and into nearby residential units especially of 430 Columbus Avenue. No one from city has followed up on both of the previous 311 reports and now this is Day 5. Feels intentional and provoking as yesterday someone was there turning the lights on and off at this same time. Have pictures to prove. Calling BPD.
