People sleeping at South End library park - now that weather is warm and the library is closed, people are camping out here. Just in the past two days we've seen people defacating in our alley and on West Newton twice and had a package stolen minutes after being dropped off on our door. Patrols needed at night and early AM

This is in the middle of a City street, not MBTA property.

The man at 129 Metropolitan was gone for months and the neighborhood was finally peaceful. He is back and now the air is constantly filled with his verbal abuse. He should be somewhere receiving mental help.
