If you're coming up Maple, it's on the right shortly after the intersection of Garth Rd, near the Maple St entry gate into the yard. 1) there must be other non-dead rats in the area if there's one. 1) General health concern with rats and 2) if this one has been poisoned, worry about wildlife ingesting.
