Abandoned car. Hasn’t moved in months and registration expired

This blue house 43 Warner has been reported multiple times. It has been abandoned for over 10 years, and there is ongoing rodent activity in and around the property, including rodents that can be seen on the adjacent sidewalk. why is the owner not required to properly maintain this place? the condition is contributing to a rodent infestation in the area! There is also an abandoned vehicle in the backyard that has been sitting there for several years. it is likely providing additional nesting habitat for rodents, further contributing to the problem. WHY is nothing being done?

Another shooting and everyone saying the public should no worry it was a targeted shooting.only problem it's never one shot one kill.they empty clips and hit everything but the target. politicians should walk the streets in the hood and I bet they won't feel safe even with their Police escorts..just a thought around the clock curfew for all black and brown people since they are the only races shooting each other..fact!
