    Ongoing dumpster issues behind 408 Market to 420 Market Street. Rats are everywhere once it turns dusk and ISD has already identified a number of burrows back there. Something has to be done. Not fair to the businesses or residents. It’s a health and quality of life issue. The smell is awful

    Electrify America in what was the Bank of America parking lot, has open trash bags tied to their stations. I have reached out to the company several times, this setup does not help with the rat problem in the area. This needs to be addressed.
