Dear Inspector, I am filing this complaint anonymously regarding serious and ongoing food safety violations at the above-mentioned establishment. 1. Establishment Information · Name: Zhengxin Chicken Steak · Address: 122 Brighton Ave #2, Allston, MA 02134 · Date Opened: May 2, 2026 2. Violation Description – Illegal Transportation & Broken Cold Chain Since opening, this store has been repeatedly transporting raw, pre-marinated chicken steak from New York to Boston using ordinary private sedans instead of refrigerated trucks. I have personally observed that upon arrival, the chicken products were already completely thawed, with no ice crystals remaining and visible liquid leakage. This proves the cold chain was entirely broken during transit, in violation of FDA FSMA transportation regulations and Massachusetts 105 CMR 500.000. 3. Observed Vehicles & Dates · May 4, 2026 (around 12 AM): Black Mercedes sedan, likely CLA class, plate MA 4FTG57 · June 6, 2026 (around 12 AM): Vehicle unidentified, but large quantities of fully thawed chicken steak were observed being unloaded · Ongoing (multiple times): White Audi sedan, plate MA 4GWL45, and Silver Toyota RAV4, plate MA 3ZNG83, are also suspected to be used for the same purpose 4. I’m not understanding why you guys keep closing this case it’s not fixed I’ve been complaining about this for over a year. This supposed to be a light post of something there if something‘s not gonna be there then they need to make it safe so someone doesn’t get hurt.
