Description
Ongoing animal nuisance originating directly from Unit #305. The dogs inside the unit are barking continuously and repeatedly dropping items onto the floor past quiet hours, causing a continuous, disruptive sound transmission through the subfloor framework at 11:30 p.m. This late-night noise is an ongoing issue that occurs regularly. Local police dispatch was called to the location regarding the disturbance, but responding personnel exhibited an unprofessional and dismissive demeanor, stating they could not take enforcement action due to it being a property management matter, despite active management retaliation occurring against the lower resident. This log is submitted to establish a continuous municipal record of the noise violation past designated city quiet hours under CBC 16-26.4.
