Abandoned Bicycle

- Description
- I’ve tried to report this same car so many times, they’re constantly parking past the curb cut and blocking my driveway. I’ve tried leaving notes and they still continue to block our cars in and make it difficult if not impossible to back out. I’ve gotten tickets on the street I live on for blocking other people’s driveways, I don’t understand how this person continuously breaks the law and gets away with it.
