Description: Neighbors have continuous over flowing trash bins. Rats are living in the basement of 27 Eulita Terrace, and access it through basement window area. There is continual activity throughout the night going up and down driveway and into their nest. The security lights go on at least 25-30 times a night because of the rats coming and going. Security lights are motion detected and are on the neighbors house itself. This is a multi tenant home, with several apartments. Because the driveway abuts our property, their garbage is often spilling onto our yard. The security lights shine into our home. Many rat traps are placed out, as seen in photos, but these are several years old. This has been going on for at least 2 years. It is very bad now. Please help! Thank you.
