- These guys are out there every day. Unless you do something about it and issue an actual citation they will keep doing this. Why do I pay $11,000 a month to rent a restaurant and pay taxes when I can just hire illegals to sell fruit on the side of the road? This will only get worse unless you DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.
