Description: Here we go again , warm weather and late night restaurants are bringing in all the drunks when the bars close . 3:00 am this morning police were called to LaChivas in East Boston . This place is in a residential neighborhood and is a constant source of late night /early morning commotion in the neighborhood. If it’s not the yelling and screaming it’s the loud music , motorcycles reving engines for no reason . There is no reason this place should be allowed to be open that late in a residential neighborhood . Complaints have been reported before but the disruptions continue.
