- Hello. Still this site is an environmental disaster. All of the runoff from this construction site goes into the Charles River and the garbage is just piled up and infested with rats. Can the City be more aggressive in getting this cleaned up rather than just issue a ticket which the developer seems happy to pay rather than keep things legal?
