- We are the condominium board of 465 Commonwealth Avenue in Boston, writing to bring forward an ongoing concern regarding the property at 587 Beacon Street. Trash bins associated with this building are frequently placed within a section of the alley that we understand to fall under our driveway easement. Their placement often obstructs vehicle access to and from our property - see attached. This situation goes beyond inconvenience and poses a real safety risk for residents and visitors who depend on clear passage through the alley. In addition, we have observed that this bin placement has coincided with a noticeable increase in rodent activity in the vicinity of our property. Understandably, this raises concerns about health and sanitation for our community. We respectfully request that steps be taken to ensure the bins are stored in compliance with proper requirements and that measures are introduced to reduce conditions that contribute to pest activity. We would greatly appreciate your assistance in achieving a timely resolution.

Noted. A citation was issued at this location for the improper storage of the trash barrels at the rear of the property and noted that they needed to keep there barrel on the other side of the fenced area or citations would continue to be issued for this violation.
