- People constantly parking on sidewalk on east side of Harvard Ave between Webster and Lincoln. On trash days sidewalk has no room to walk if cars park on it. It’s not raised so easy to park on. It’s also the flat route to the bus from the Pryde Senior housing. According to city, the east side of Harvard in this stretch is supposed to be no parking but there’s no posting or sign or enforcement. Needs a raised sidewalk, better demarcation, or a sign or something.
