- What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent reports home at service location is in poor condition and has been abandoned for at least 15 years: there is a vehicle leaking fluid- BFD has been notified but the issue continues, constituent lives nearby and states there has been an increase in rodent activity, the grass is overgrown and unkempt in both the front and back of the property and there is homeless people believed to be coming in and out of the property, and the constituent is unsure of how they are getting in. The constituent also states they have called numerous times regarding the issue and code violations have been issued, but would like to know what are the next steps. Requesting assistance with this matter.]
