- Savin Bar & Kitchen (116 Savin Hill Avenue, Dorchester, MA 02125) gets private trash pick up of their building dumpster every week. The independent company does not appropriate or proper equipment for dumpster removal and trash transport. The dumpster leaks trash run off every single time the dumpster is emptied; which flows across the street due to grade change and pools at the corner of Sydney Street/Savin Hill Avenue. The stench is unbearable and the debris and trash left behind, every single week, is disgusting. Have tried communicating this issue to the owners of Savin Bar & Kitchen and they have been non-responsive (they are largely absent). Please start issuing violations, tickets, etc so these deplorable conditions stop. The main intersection in Savin Hill smells horrific for several days at trash pick up.
