- Please contact property owner Sing Ming Chan - you know the guy trying to construct a 25 story hotel in Chinatown and let him know his property is disgusting. He clearly is overwhelmed with this property on Oxford Street and can’t handle managing another property like a hotel. Why should his neighbors be forced to look at his trashed property all day long?? Please demand he cleans it up within a reasonable amount of time. I think 1 week is sufficient.
