Description: Constituent states they are very concerned about the safety of everyday people on the streets and specificall yanyone with mobility issues as they feel the city is not taking enough of a stand against the dangerous Moped/Scooter dirvers on the sidewalks and parks. Constituent states they report issues to the police and they always recommend contacting their state reps, which he doesn't understand. Constituent states that the police should be responding to the reports. Constituent was informed of Police Accountability and Transparency but did not want to contact them.
