- RESIDENT PERMIT PARKING PLEASE!! It is getting increasingly more difficult to park my car within a block of my home when I get home from work. Yet, anyone with an out of state plate can visit for as long as they want and take up parking spots for residents. They may be visiting someone in the neighborhood or probably someone from the South End, South Boston or The Back Bay or any other neighborhood with RPP!! When is the city going to be finished “assessing this ridiculous situation”?
