- Constituent states the family at 6 Marginal St, Apt 53 puts food out all day long, causing animals and rats to come. States they stand outside the building with loaves of bread, feeding the pigeons, blocking the entrance and leaving bird poop all over the railings (which many of the elderly and disabled constituents need access to). Would like this issue addressed as it’s becoming a health issue. |
