- Residents near 1721 Washington have complained about mass cass spill over activities in the unlit areas. Submitting this request to ask if city lighting can install brighter bulbs on city owned lights in front of Yunan kitchen and Seiyo sushi. Note to City technician - please note the lights at 1724 Washington for example of brighter city owned bulbs. Thanks guys!
