- The Daily Market (110 Savin Hill Ave, Boston, MA 02125) constantly allows non-service dogs inside the store. They are very obviously not trained service dog. The store has a bakery section with baked goods laying out in the open air, and they also prepare food out in the open in the deli section. They also have raw produce that is low to the ground and easily accessible to the dogs.

Noted | A full sanitary inspection was conducted, during inspection patron came in with dog and store manager told them they cannot be inside store with dog and patron left. Information literature regarding service dogs and signage provided to store manager. A compliance inspection is scheduled on 2-29-24 for cited violations.
