The new parking meters on beacon street in back bay between Charlesgate and Mass ave say that you can pay via app but there is no longer a zone number listed on them to be able to pay via app

There are several holes around the Pleasant Street area that we believe were intended for new street lights that have not materialized. I have to assume the new street lights are not coming and if so can we have the holes covered or filled in as they are a safety hazard for pedestrians and potentially for an electric shock as they are wired.
