Hello, I am reporting an urgent public safety concern at the corner of Fay Street and Harrison Avenue. There are approximately 10–11 individuals loitering and trespassing in the roadway, standing in the path of vehicles turning the corner. Cars are repeatedly coming very close to hitting them, creating an immediate risk of injury. This situation has been ongoing and requires attention before someone gets hurt. I am requesting that a police unit or appropriate city personnel be sent to clear the street and restore safe passage for vehicles and pedestrians. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
