I made a report about the woman that lives next-door to me and it was closed after no investigation or follow up so now after my child legitimately just had a rat come directly at her while playing in the grass..... this is disgustingly and there's a major rodent, raccoon turkey problem because all she does is feed them. This is unsafe and absolutely unacceptable. Please help. You can even stand outside in our buildings smoking area cause there nothing but animals and rats.
