Missed garbage pick up can was not emptied

There are many many rats all throughout St.Germain street. It has become an infestation alongside a general concern for pet and human safety. They have infested residential garbage areas at the rear alleys aligning the street alongside with adjacent parks by the Four Seasons.

Can lines be painted on this road? Drivers keep thinking it is a two lane one way street when it is not. They are blocking traffic and causing problems in the intersection.

At intersection of first ave and 5th there are mgh and Mbta buses and that conflict. Vehicles coming down 5th st need to give the buses space to turn which is a constant problem please put signage to advise vehicles of the turning buses thank you
