What is the nature of the problem: [Across the street from 25 Dale Street, Roxbury there is a vacant Lot that is full of trash/debris. Can this COB please have this cleaned up. If there is any way of getting a "No Loitering Sign" put also.]

Intersection Of Richfield St And Puritan Ave, Dorchester, MaLot at 33 Richfield St is overgrown, and filled with trash, and is a haven for rats. Overgrowth has overgrown the sidewalk making it impossible for a person with a stroller, or wheelchair, or walker, to use the sidewalk. This is in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) mandated minimum 4’ wide Pedestrian Zone. The overgrowth also obstructs driver's view when turning make the intersection dangerous to pedestrians, cyclists, and automobiles. |
