- Rats, up to 15 of them running around the outside of the buildings. There has to be burrows or colonies in the grass or underneath the buildings. Theres also construction surrounding the building. Rats don’t wait till it gets dark, I have seen them during the day. Treatment has to happen before they come inside the building
