Description: Caller states there has been a leak in her apartments for 8 months and has been coming from the third floor on a weekly basis. Caller states the water is yellow and she has made multiple complaints but nothing has been done. Caller states the ceiling fell through 2 weeks ago and it was replaced but the water is leaking again. The ceiling has been replaced twice while she has lived there and she believes it is a major hazard because she has children.SHe states her electricity is effected and she loses it due to the leaking. ISD came out a few days ago and passed the apartment but this is a huge issue for the resident.
